Kalaydjian Group is a dynamic Cyprus-based business organization comprising three divisions: fashion representations, tourism and real estate.

The Group's fashion division has been instrumental in bringing many world-renowned fashion brands to the Cyprus market. At present, it represents exclusively the Italian luxury brand FENDI on the island and in addition retails such international names as Calvin Klein Jeans, Givenchy and D&G in its stores.

Kalaydjian Group also owns various landmark properties in Cyprus, amongst them the Kition Hotel Apartments complex, the Forum Department Store, Kaltex House and the Millennium Lion House complex.

Kalaydjian Group is a major supporter of charities and benevolent institutions both in Cyprus and abroad. Recipients of the Group’s assistance include the Kalaydjian Foundation, which is a charitable organization founded by Bedros Kalaydjian and his brother Aram Kalaydjian, and the Kalaydjian Rest Home for the Elderly in Nicosia, Cyprus.
